Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME for use of NUUBIZ Custom websites, customization tools, order services and supported QR or NFC features.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate information. If you order for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. Keep access to your email secure. Verification codes and private order links must not be shared.

Products, pricing and orders

Product images are illustrative. Material, dimensions, quantity, price, taxes, shipping and available options are shown before checkout. We may correct obvious errors before accepting an order. An order is accepted when we send confirmation or begin performance, subject to applicable law.

Checkout and payment

Customization occurs on NUUBIZ Custom. Checkout may redirect to NUUBIZ Cards and is securely powered by Shopify. Shopify and the selected payment provider process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices. Your design summary and order reference may be transferred to complete the transaction.

Customer content

You retain ownership of logos, text, images and links you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, reproduce, adapt and use that content only as needed to prepare proofs, manufacture and fulfill the order, provide support and operate the requested QR or NFC service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that the content is lawful and does not infringe another party's rights.

Proofs and custom production

You are responsible for reviewing the final proof. Approval authorizes production of the displayed design and confirmed specifications. Changes after approval may be unavailable or may require additional payment and time. The Custom Order Policy and Proof Approval Policy form part of these Terms.

QR and NFC features

Compatibility depends on device, browser, network, placement, print quality and third-party destinations. You are responsible for the legality, safety and accuracy of destination content. We may suspend malicious, deceptive, unlawful or abusive destinations. Service availability and any subscription term must be stated on the applicable product page.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to distribute malware, impersonate others, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, facilitate unlawful activity, bypass security, enumerate orders or interfere with the service.

Returns, shipping and legal rights

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by the linked policies. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We are not responsible for third-party sites reached through a QR code or NFC action. Any limitation of liability must be reviewed for GOVERNING_LAW and does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
