Digital Proof & Approval Policy

When the 48-hour period starts

We normally prepare the first standard digital proof within 48 hours after payment status, specifications, text, QR choice and usable artwork are complete. The period pauses while required information is missing or while we wait for customer replies.

What to review

Check business name, spelling, phone numbers, URLs, logo, colors, layout, size, material, quantity, QR destination, NFC action and shipping details. Test the QR code shown on the final proof when a testable code is provided.

Approve or request changes

Select “Approve proof” only when all details are correct. Select “Request changes” and describe each change clearly if anything needs adjustment. A revised proof must be approved before production.

Secure proof link

The proof link is private, signed and time-limited. Do not forward it. If it expires or appears invalid, request a new link from your account or support. We will never ask for your payment card number or email verification code on the proof page.

Effect of approval

Approval records the version, specifications, time and authorized action and allows production to begin. Changes after approval may be unavailable or may require additional charges and time. If the manufactured product materially differs from the approved proof or confirmed specification, the Returns & Refunds policy applies.
