Custom Order Policy

Your files and permissions

Submit high-resolution logos and artwork that you own or are authorized to use. We may reject content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe or technically unsuitable.

Artwork quality

Vector files are preferred for logos. Low-resolution images may print with visible pixels or blur. We will identify obvious production issues when practical, but the customer remains responsible for the accuracy and rights of submitted content.

Color and material variation

Screen colors, printed colors and physical materials do not match perfectly. Transparent acrylic, wood grain, metal finish, lighting and print process can change appearance. Approved proofs show layout and content; they are not a guarantee of exact monitor color.

Dimensions and tolerances

Listed dimensions are nominal. Cutting, printing, hole positions, edge finishing and hardware may vary within 0.04in. Publish product-specific tolerances where they matter to installation or fit.

QR codes

The QR graphic shown before final setup may be a placeholder. Before approval, confirm whether the order uses a customer-provided static QR code, a NUUBIZ managed QR code or an “activate later” code. Test the final proof on more than one device at the intended viewing distance. Very long destinations, low contrast, reflective placement and physical damage can affect scanning.

NFC

NFC performance varies by phone model, settings, antenna location, case, mounting surface and interference from metal. The supported action and any special mounting instructions must be shown on the product page.

Changes

Request changes before approval. After approval, changes may be impossible or may require a new charge, a new proof and a revised schedule.
