This Privacy Policy explains how NUUBIZ Custom collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information when you use nuubizcustom.com, customize a product, create or access an account, complete checkout, review a proof, activate a QR experience or contact us.

Information we collect

Identifiers and contact details:name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address.
Account and verification data:email verification events, account status and security logs. We do not ask you to send us your verification code.
Order and transaction data:products, customization choices, order reference, payment status, shipping and support history. Payment card details are processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not receive the full card number.
Customer content:logos, artwork, text, links, QR destinations, product files, proof comments and other material you submit.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps and cookie choices.
QR and NFC service data:activation details, destination settings and, when the applicable service provides analytics, scan or tap events such as time, approximate location derived from IP, device or referrer. The exact fields must be shown in the product or service description.

How we disclose information

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to service providers that support checkout and payment, hosting and content delivery, cloud storage, email, customer support, analytics, fraud prevention, production, fulfillment and shipping; to professional advisers; to authorities when legally required; or in a business transaction. Current material providers include nuubiz.

Sale or sharing of personal information

Cookie preferences and any legally required opt-out link must reflect the technology actually deployed.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, warranties, tax and accounting, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations. The verified retention schedule is one year. Customer artwork and proof files should not be described as “deleted immediately” unless the system actually does so.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. Submit a request at /privacy/requests or email. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

International transfers

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
