What can I customize?

You can customize the logo, wording, QR destination, supported NFC action, material, size and quantity available for the selected template.

Do I need design software?

No. Start with a template and submit the details that need to change. We prepare the production-ready proof.

Is the digital proof free?

Yes. A standard digital proof is included with an eligible custom order. It is normally prepared within 48 hours after all required information and usable files are received.

When does production begin?

Production begins after the required proof is approved. Do not approve until names, spelling, colors, size, material, quantity and QR destination are correct.

Can I activate the QR code later?

Yes, when the selected product supports “activate later.” The QR shown before activation may be a placeholder or a managed code awaiting its final destination. Activation instructions are provided with the order.

Where do I pay?

You customize on NUUBIZ Custom, then continue to NUUBIZ Cards for secure checkout powered by Shopify. The redirect page shows the design summary and order reference before you leave.

Can I return a personalized sign?

Personalized goods are generally not returnable for a change of mind after proof approval and production. This does not remove any rights you may have if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described. See Returns & Refunds.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to eligible destinations shown at checkout. Production time, transit time and customs clearance are separate. Duties, taxes or import fees may be collected by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

How do I get order help?

Sign in with the email used for the order or contact support@nuubiz.com. Include the order number, but never send a payment card number or email verification code.
