Shipping & Delivery

Three separate time periods

• Proof preparation: normally within 48 hours after complete information and usable artwork are received.
• Production: begins after proof approval and normally takes 72 hours.
• Transit: the estimated carrier time shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date in writing. If we cannot ship within a promised time, we will provide the delay options required by applicable law.

Shipping destinations and charges

Available destinations, methods and charges are shown at checkout. We ship only to addresses accepted by the checkout system and carrier.

International duties and taxes

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and customs requirements charged by the destination country.

Address changes

Contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee a change after production or shipment. Additional carrier or reshipment charges may apply where legally permitted.

Tracking, delays and delivery issues

Tracking is emailed when available. Carrier scans may take time to update. For loss, damage or an incorrect item, contact support@nuubiz.com within 3 days of delivery with the order number, packaging photos and product photos. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
